Cameleon Tours and Safaris is a small family owned and operated Travel and Events company.
Started in 2006 by the Owner Christiaan Jooste, at that stage a qualified South African National Tour Guide and 4×4 Enthusiast, he decided to leave his job and start his own small touring business. Christiaan grew up on the road and he travelled Africa with his parents and younger sister. His passion for the industry and Travelling was built during those years.
It has been 19 years in the industry, and the passion for our beautiful country is ever growing. From North to South, East to West, South Africa is rich in history and many different cultures to experience. Beautiful wildlife and amazing scenery as far as the eye can see. All which has been explored by Christiaan himself.
The business grew gradually, and his experience made him take bigger risks and build the business more to what it is today, along with his wife they manage the company that offer a wide variety of services today. Every member of the Cameleon Team has the necessary experience to ensure that the best service is delivered.
The company is complimented by a wide range of suppliers that was handpicked over the years to ensure that all the products offered carry the same weight in quality and customer satisfaction.

Private Itineraries
Personalized Itineraries is a very nice way to plan a tour. If you have a specific place in mind that you would like to visit, you are more than welcome to inform us, and we will work it in to the tour for you. Every person has a different need. Self-Drive Tours
This is a wonderful way to explore South Africa and Namibia. We will arrange all your accommodation as well as you traveling arrangements. We will meet you on the day of your arrival with a GPS and all you’re booking information. This is a wonderful way for you and your family to explore on your own time. Everything will be arranged for you, all you need to do is reach your destination by the end of the day, and enjoy your stay at the accommodation we have booked for you and your family. Fully Guided Tours
If your want a wonderful experience by a qualified guide on your journey, please don’t hesitate to ask. Our Guides are fully qualified and registered with the South African tourism board, and will make sure that you have an optimized experience on your trip.
